Our corporate fees are structured to suit the scale and scope of your event, whether that is a flat project fee, an engagement fee with a percentage of supplier value, or a structure flexible enough to fit within your own. All fees are agreed and fully transparent before any work begins.
All fees are inclusive of planning, supplier curation, logistical coordination, and on-the-day management. A detailed scope of work is provided at the outset of every engagement.

This branch of our corporate offerings includes conferences, one-day workshops, product launches, gala dinners, brand activations, award ceremonies, client appreciation evenings, networking and cocktail evenings, year-end functions, and team building days, all contained within a single day or evening.
To secure your event, a non-refundable engagement fee of R15,000 is required. A success fee of 15% of the total event cost is invoiced upon completion.

Our most expansive corporate offering, for events that carry significant brand weight and demand sustained, complex logistical coordination. Summits, executive retreats, incentive travel, national conferences, and multi-day activations, each one delivered with the same intention and care we bring to every event we touch.
All fees are agreed and fully transparent before any work begins. A detailed scope of work is provided at the outset of every engagement. We are happy to discuss phased payment structures for larger engagements.
To secure your event, a non-refundable engagement fee of R35,000 is required. A success fee of 10% of the total event cost is invoiced upon completion.
